When registering on the Site to obtain Services, your personal data is processed by Mata Capital as a controller.

We share your personal data with some of our service providers who act on our instructions (service providers handling the Site maintenance, development, and hosting; online payment tool and marketing tool providers, etc.) for the purposes described in this Policy.

We retain your personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes stated above. We generally retain your personal data strictly for the time necessary to manage the business relationship with you and for a period of three (3) years from the deletion of your account or from the last login to your personal space on the Site.

As part of your objection to receiving commercial prospecting messages, we also retain your data for three (3) years after your objection in order to take into account and implement your request.

In a request for information or other contact with Mata Capital, we retain your data for a period of one (1) year from your last interaction with our departments.

In addition, we may retain some of your personal data for a longer period of time, for instance, when we are required to do so by law (particularly the provisions of Article L.533-10 of the Monetary and Financial Code) or when such data is necessary to establish evidence of a right or a contract. In this case, your personal data will be retained for the period imposed by applicable regulations and then archived for the period prescribed by applicable law.

When your personal data is no longer needed, we will ensure that they are either deleted or encrypted and anonymised when we conduct statistical analyses.
