Mata Capital strengthens its retail teams with the arrival of an asset manager from the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Group
Quentin joins the team responsible for acquisitions and managing the retail portfolio, which is overseen by the asset management company and valued at nearly 700 million euros. He succeeds Xavier Collet, who will now lead the development and restructuring projects for the company's portfolio assets.
After 5 years in the commercial department of the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Group, Quentin joined the real estate company's Asset Management team in 2020. In this role, he oversaw the management of iconic shopping centers such as Westfield Euralille, Westfield Carré Sénart, and Westfield La Part Dieu.
He holds a Master II degree in Distribution – Retail and Customer Relations from Paris-Dauphine University.
