Mata Capital announces the acquisition of Solar West, a mixed-use office and restaurant building located at 25-27 rue Joannès-Carret, in Lyon's 9th arrondissement, at the heart of the Quartier de l'Industrie urban development zone (ZAC) in Vaise.
This transaction aligns with Mata Capital's development strategy in the Lyon market, where the company has been established since 2019 and has a dedicated team for acquisitions and asset management.

Delivered in 2012 and formerly known as Spi West, Solar West offers over 4,400 m² of space, including approximately 3,650 m² of flexible office space, divisible from 107 m², as well as two ground-floor restaurant units. Identifiable by its original architecture and facade equipped with photovoltaic panels and sunshades, the building boasts strong energy performance — BBC label, DPE C — and complies with the requirements of the Décret Tertiaire 2040.
